Crafted from the oldest rums kept on reserve at the distillery in Barbados, Cockspur 12 is expertly blended and then aged in oak barrels to create a smooth, mellow spirit. This rich, medium-bodied rum displays enticing aromas of brown sugar and warm vanilla on the nose, which lead to notes of dried fruit and baking spice on the velvety palate.
